The combination of Karen's yoga, massage, and support sessions enables me to focus on my mind and body for some much needed TLC. Nine months ago I discovered York House and all that it has to offer.
Arriving with a chronic pain condition that few understood or could offer treatment for.
I have found the combination of a traditional medical background with the specialist complementary therapies on offer invaluable.
Not only have I been able to receive pain reliving massage for the first time in many years but I have also been able to join a regular Yoga class after completing an MBSR course; This not only assists with my general mobility but also helps break the circle of pain and stress.
Overall my pain is gradually diminishing.
